Dog walkin’ shoes

Before you judge me, I want you to know that I don’t usually wear shiny stilettos to take our dog out. But when I’m already running late to meet the girls for happy hour, I only have a few short minutes to take outfit photos, and I’m already dressed – well, desperate times call for desperate measures.

Anyway, considering my love of pink, it’s not surprising that I’m seriously obsessed with these jeans. (I got them to replace my J Crew pair I was so excited about, which I devastatingly ruined in the wash after only wearing once!) The pair of pink jeans I’m wearing here are from Free People and I love everything about them from the length, to the fit, to the color. Perfection.

Free People is a funny company because their tops, dresses, and sweaters are really overpriced (in my opinion) – but their jeans are always priced so reasonably! I won’t pretend to understand their pricing model, but I’m not complaining… My two favorite pairs of pants (the pair that I’m wear in this post and my pink pair) both came from Free People and were both under $100!

On an unrelated note, hasn’t Winston gotten big?! He’s practically a man now! It’s hard to believe that he’ll be a year old in June. It feels like just yesterday that I was first showing you pictures of our teeny, tiny puppy.

Outfit details:
Free People jeans in ‘Fushia’, F21 top (similar), Calvin Klien pumps (similar), F21 clutch, David Yurman & Chicos & F21 bracelets
