Olsen hair

There’s really no point to this blog post, othen than for me to let you know I’m getting my hair done (which I’m sure you were dying to know!) I’ve been getting so frustrated with my hair lately. It’s ridiculously long (at least by my standards) and damaged (as long hair often is). So I’m off to see my hair dresser this evening for a cut and color to spruce up my look! In order for it to feel soft and have any style at this point, I really need to take off quite a bit of the length. Yikes!
I’ve been bit of an Olsen kick lately, and I’m not just talking about Mary Kate and Ashley. The younger Olsen, namely Elizabeth, has a simply lovely “lob” (long bob) cut that seems to work well with a variety of styles – straight, wavy, middle and side part. That’s the cut I’m going for. As far as color goes, I love Elizabeth’s ombre blonde but I’m leaning more towards her older sister Ashley’s frosty blonde for summer. Perhaps I’ll adapt Elizabeth’s color for fall. Who knows!
Do you do research and bring in photos before getting your hair done, or am I over the top?

Im 20, so my childhood was surrounded by Olsen's movies, and I've been a huge fan of them since them, but they are SO crazy and messed up (in my opinion) that I'm liking Elizabeth so much better :P
Her hair looks gorgeous! I really want to see your new hair! I have light brown hair and every time I see your hair I am like "Im going to dye my hair right now!" but them I loose confidence because it's to hard to maintain! :P

I always do research before I get my hair done, and I always bring in photos! I love all the options, and I think going with the lighter blonde for summer is the way to go!
