Black & White
10 commentsPersonal style is so subjective. And frankly, there’s nothing really personal or original about this outfit. I didn’t do anything revolutionary here. I’m not wearing anything particularly trendy (aside from the spikes on my necklace and shoes) that deserves praise for originality or a round of applause for bravery.
But with all that said, there’s nothing that exceeds expectations quite like the classic color combination of black and white. No pop of color, pattern or fabric can outshine this no-fail duo. Sometimes while trying to be original or chasing the trends, that fact gets lost on me. On occasion, it’s nice to be reminded that sometimes less really is more. And of the beauty in simplicity.

This post is so spot on. I love it.
Love this look! I need to invest in a white blazer ASAP!
So chic!
I could not agree with this post more! Sometimes I have to remind myself to keep it simple. You look so chic, and the necklace and those shoes are the perfect accessories.

Question can you tell me how the shoes run in size I think I want a pair but am not familiar with the sizing I am between 8/12 and a 9.
I love this look! Can you do a post tutorial on how to do this top knot? I have similar lengh to your hair but I never get it right =(
I adore everything about this outfit! It makes me want to run to H&M and grab that jacket! I'm new-ish to the Portland area and came across your blog and fell in LOVELOVE. You have a new follower here :-)
Take care!

Loving this. So simple & chic!

So simple, yet so chic. You look great with your hair in a high bun- I don't think I can pull it off!
